I understand how isolating it can be to start a practice and not everyone has the time, energy or wants to be part of a class. Alternatively an 8 week Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy programme is available (based on the original Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme devised by Jon Kobat-Zinn. This can be extremely helpful in cases of anxiety, stress, chronic illness or addiction. The programme includes periods of meditation, CBT exercises and theory. The programme plan below is a rough guide but will be tailored to the individual’s circumstances. MP3’s included. £180.00.
