Choose from our 4 week introduction to Mindfulness Programme or our comprehensive 8 week Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course (Programmes below). Both include manuals and MP3’s of meditations. Please note that these courses requires a minimum of 10 minutes home practice, 5 days a week.

Attain and retain peace is a four week package. This package consists of 4 x 60-90 minute sessions and includes a manual and MP3 of meditations to use daily in-between sessions. £100.00.

Alternatively an 8 week Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy programme is available (based on the original Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme devised by Jon Kobat-Zinn. This can be extremely helpful in cases of anxiety, stress, chronic illness or addiction. The programme includes periods of meditation, CBT exercises and theory. MP3’s included. £180.00.
